How does the free assessment work?
When you first connect your Drive, PLUMdata generates 10 naming suggestions at no cost — one assessment per account. It's enough to evaluate the quality of the output against how your team works. If the standard fits, pay once to apply it across the rest of your estate.
Do I pay before or after seeing all the suggestions?
After the 10-suggestion assessment, you pay once to unlock the full set. From there you can approve, skip, rename or edit each suggestion individually — or bulk apply the lot when you're confident in the standard.
Is folder restructuring included?
Yes. File-level naming and folder-level restructuring are bundled — no separate charge for folder governance.
Can I undo changes?
Yes. PLUMdata caches the original name and location of every file before any change is applied. Any individual change — or the entire run — can be reversed in one click.
Is there a subscription? Coming soon
